Wholesale

Wholesale programme

For businesses buying to resell or to stock — retailers, distributors, and merchants carrying bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

In brief

What it is

The same catalogue, bought at stocking volumes. The difference from the trade programme is what happens to the goods: trade buys to install, wholesale buys to hold and sell on.

Prices at these volumes are agreed rather than listed. There is no published wholesale price list, and there is no self-serve tier to unlock.

Who it suits

Businesses with somewhere to put stock and a reason to hold it — a showroom, a trade counter, a shop, or an existing customer base asking for these categories.

If you buy to install rather than to resell, the trade programme is the better fit and the conversation is a different one.

How to start

Tell us what you sell today, roughly what volume you turn over in these categories, and which parts of the range you are interested in. That is enough for a first answer.

Become a distributor

Carrying the range as part of what you sell. A longer arrangement than a single bulk order, and worth treating as one.

What we look for

An existing route to customers who buy these categories, somewhere to hold stock, and the ability to support what you sell after it leaves you.

Coverage matters as much as volume. A distributor serving a city or a segment we do not reach is more useful than a larger one competing with an existing route.

What to send

What you currently carry, who you sell to, and where. Any existing supplier relationships in adjacent categories are worth mentioning — they tell us more about fit than a volume figure does.

What is not settled here

Territory, exclusivity and commitment are all things to agree between us rather than publish. Anything written here would be a guess at your situation, and a distributor arrangement is exactly the sort of thing that should not start from a guess.

Bulk pricing

How a wholesale price is arrived at. This explains the method rather than listing the numbers, because the numbers depend on the order.

What moves a price

Quantity per item, not total spend. Two hundred of one mixer prices better than twenty of ten different ones at the same value, because the cost sits in the line rather than the invoice.

How firm the order is. A committed order prices differently from an indicative one, and a repeat schedule differently again.

Timing. An order that can wait for the next inbound shipment is a different proposition from one that has to come out of current stock.

Asking for a price

Send a line-by-line list with quantities. If you are not sure of exact quantities, send a range — a price against "150 to 200" is more useful than a price against a number you will not hold to.

If you want the full range rather than specific items, say so and we will send what we can supply in your categories along with the prices that go with it.

What is not published

There is no wholesale price list on this site, and no login that reveals one. Every wholesale price is quoted against a specific order, so a published list would be either wrong or so hedged as to be useless.

Bulk order discounts

Quantity is the obvious lever and the least interesting one. These are the things that change a number more than adding units does.

Depth beats breadth

Concentrating an order on fewer lines does more than increasing its total. An order of five items at high quantity almost always prices better than the same value spread across forty.

Commitment beats a single order

A schedule you will actually hold to — four deliveries across a year, say — is worth more than one large order, because it makes what we buy predictable. If you can commit, say so; if you cannot, do not, because a commitment that quietly lapses is worse for both sides than an honest single order.

Flexibility on timing

An order that can move by a few weeks is easier to price well than one pinned to a date. If your timing is genuinely flexible, that is worth stating explicitly — it is rarely assumed.

Minimum order quantities

Why a minimum exists, how it is set, and what to do if your order sits under it.

Why there is a minimum at all

Wholesale pricing assumes wholesale handling — full cartons, one picking operation, one shipment. Below a certain quantity that assumption stops holding and the price stops making sense, which is what a minimum is really describing.

It is usually set per item rather than per order, because the cost it reflects sits on the line.

How yours will be set

It depends on the item and on how the range is packed. Rather than publish a figure that would be wrong for most of the catalogue, we give you the minimum for the specific items you ask about, at the same time as the price.

Ask about the items you actually want. A general answer would not help you decide anything.

If your order is below it

Two things usually work. Concentrating the order on fewer items often clears the minimum on those lines without increasing the total. Or buy from the ordinary catalogue at retail — it is available to everyone, with no minimum, and for a small first order it is frequently the sensible answer.

Every product page also has a bulk enquiry that goes straight to us, which is the quickest way to ask about one specific item.

Container orders

Buying at full-container volume. The largest thing on this site, and the one where planning matters more than price.

What changes at this volume

Lead time becomes the main constraint. A container is planned months ahead, so the useful conversation starts well before you need the goods.

The mix inside the container matters as much as the total. Filling it well — the right split across items and sizes — is most of the work, and it is worth doing together rather than sending a finished list.

What to send

The categories you want to cover, your expected annual volume in them, and the window you are working to. A finished line-by-line list is not needed at this stage and is often counterproductive, because the mix usually changes once packing is worked through.

Where this is served from

Orders are currently fulfilled within Pakistan. If you are asking from outside it, say where you are and what you need — we will tell you plainly whether we can serve it rather than leave you to find out at the quoting stage.

Tell us about the project

Send the range, the rough quantities and when you need it. We will come back with what we can supply and what it costs.

Or send the details here

A person reads these. The more specific you are, the more useful the first reply.

Ranges, rough quantities and your timeline are the useful parts.
