Payment, bulk orders, delivery area, returns and tracking are answered on the FAQs page. Most questions are one of those.

Track it with your order number and the email you ordered with — no account needed. If something arrived wrong, request a return from the order and a person will read it.

The buying guides cover what to measure and compare before choosing, which prevents the most common problem in this category: a fitting that works but does not fit.

For anything specific to one item — a dimension not on the listing, what is available in a given finish, documentation for a specification — ask, and you get an answer about that item.

Every product page carries a bulk enquiry. For a whole job, the trade and wholesale programmes are the better route.
