Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We confirm what we can supply and when, and either party may end it before the goods are handed over — you pay on delivery, so declining at the door costs you nothing.

We describe products as accurately as we can and correct errors when we find them. Where a listing is wrong in a way that matters — a price or a specification — we are not obliged to supply on the incorrect terms, and will tell you rather than quietly fulfil something different.
