Our quality standards
What we hold ourselves to. Written as commitments we can actually keep rather than as a statement of intent.
Describe products accurately
A listing should tell you what the thing is, what size it is, and what it connects to. Where we do not have a detail, the listing says nothing rather than guessing — an invented spec is worse than a missing one, because you cannot tell it is wrong until it arrives.
Do not publish claims we cannot evidence
No certification is named on this site unless there is documentation behind it. No environmental claim is made without a practice behind it. No delivery promise is made that has not been agreed.
This is why several pages in this section tell you what is not published yet rather than filling the space. That is the standard working, not a gap in it.
Answer specifics on request
Much of what a professional buyer needs — documentation for a particular item, dimensions not on the listing, what is available in a given finish — is item-specific and cannot usefully be published as a general statement. Ask about the item and you get an answer about that item.
