What we collect, why, and what we do not do. This describes the system as built rather than as a template would describe it.
What we collect, and when
When you order: your name, email, phone and delivery address. The phone number is there so a courier can reach you, and the email so we can confirm the order.
When you enquire: whatever you put in the form — name, email, and optionally phone and company — plus which page you sent it from, so the reply has context.
When you create an account: your email and a password. Nothing else is asked for.
That is the complete list. We do not ask for a date of birth, a gender, an income bracket, or anything else that would be collected only because it might be useful later.
What we do not do
There is **no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script** anywhere on this site. Not a disabled one, not a consent-gated one — none is installed. Nothing about your visit is sent to another company.
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not build a behavioural profile of you.
We never collect card details, because there is no online payment step to collect them for — orders are cash on delivery.
Where it is held
Order, account and enquiry data is held in our commerce system; editorial content is held separately and contains nothing about you. The website itself stores nothing about you beyond the cookies described in the cookie policy.
Hosting locations and how long we keep order records are being confirmed and will be stated here.
Asking us about your data
Ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it — an order record we are obliged to retain is the usual exception.
