The installation guides cover what a job involves, what to have ready before someone arrives, and where fittings usually go wrong. Most of the avoidable problems in this category happen before anyone picks up a tool — the wrong tail length, a spout that lands past the basin, a stopcock nobody checked.

Tap hole count and size, spout projection, spout height and tail length. The buying guides go through each. Getting those right is most of what "installation support" actually means for a fitting bought online.

We do not fit. Plumbing work should be done by someone qualified to do it, particularly anything involving a water heater or a connection you cannot isolate.
