Answers to what we are actually asked. Where something is not settled yet, you will find it said plainly rather than filled in.

How do I pay?: Cash on delivery. You pay when the order reaches you, and no card details are taken online.
Can I order in bulk?: Yes. Every product page has a Buy in Bulk button that opens WhatsApp with the product and your quantity already filled in, and a person replies with project pricing.
Do I need an account to order?: No. You can place an order as a guest. An account is optional and mainly useful for keeping your addresses and order history in one place.
Where do you deliver?: Within Pakistan. If you are ordering from outside it, get in touch and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve it.
How much is delivery?: Delivery is free, with no minimum order value. No tax is added either — the total in your cart is what the courier collects.
Can I track my order?: Yes. Use the order number from your confirmation and the email you ordered with on the Track Order page. If you have an account, your orders are also listed there.
Something arrived wrong. What do I do?: Request a return from the order and a person reads it. Nothing is refunded or restocked automatically — someone looks at every request.
Can I create an account after ordering?: Yes. The confirmation page offers it, and it takes only a password — the order is already attached to it.
Where are your products shipped from?: All our fixtures are stocked and shipped directly from our primary warehouse in Lahore, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across Pakistan.
Are my payment details secure online?: Absolutely. We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. You only pay when the physical product reaches your hands, and no credit card or banking details are ever asked for or stored on our website.
Do you offer installation services?: We specialize in supplying premium fixtures but do not offer in-house installation. We strongly recommend using a certified, professional plumber to install our products to ensure perfect functionality and finish.
Do you supply trade or wholesale?: Both, and they are different routes. Trade is for people specifying across a job; wholesale is for businesses buying to stock and resell. Both are quoted against what you actually need rather than from a published price list.
